The Norfolk Road site was once a bustling hotel, but over the years, it fell into disrepair. Recognising its potential, our team at YES, in collaboration with our development partners, saw an opportunity to revitalise this historic building and create much-needed housing for the community.
The Show Flat: A Glimpse into the Future
We are thrilled to announce that the show flat is nearly complete. This beautifully designed apartment offers a sneak peek into the high standards and modern amenities that will characterise all 19 apartments upon completion. Prospective tenants can look forward to spacious living areas, contemporary finishes, and, of course, the highest levels of electrical safety.
Construction Timeline
The transformation of the remaining 18 apartments is set to commence in July. Our team is working diligently to ensure that the project is completed on schedule and to the highest standards. Our Role as the Appointed Building Network Operator
In addition to our role in the renovation, we are proud to serve as the appointed Building Network Operator (BNO) for this project.
